INC. REACHES FIRST YEAR MILESTONE

2004 – MantraGroup Inc, an innovative solutions provider
for wireless PDA’s and cutting edge handhelds, marks the anniversary
of its first year in business with a significant milestone celebration.
Since entering the market on December 12, 2003, MantraGroup,
Inc. has earned notable industry recognition for its productive efforts.
In order to ensure that its advanced solutions are both cost-effective
to build and also to maintain, MantraGroup has developed strategic alliances
with a network of select partners. Its exclusive alliances enable MantraGroup
to serve its client base with comprehensive solutions founded on solid
research that will serve them effectively over the long-term and at a
rate that is cost-effective.
In addition to MantraGroup’s three primary successes
in 2004, it has also demonstrated its industry expertise with the introduction
of its Enterprise version of mTalk nearly two months ago. This pioneering
solution supports the SameTime enterprise IM protocol.

While it has demonstrated prominence in earning a respectable market share
of the Palm OS® user base, MantraGroup has invested a continuing effort
in developing several new original solutions. It is stepping up to the plate
in January, 2005 swinging heavy in hopes of hitting a grand slammer with
the release of such solutions as mTalk® for PocketPC, DeviceGuard®
and JotMantra®.
Given that MantraGroup earned recognition in both June and July of 2004
as “Featured Developer” by the Palm One developer community,
it is evident that its first-year performance is outstanding.
